Terms of Sale (Conditions of Sale)

2. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on troliz.com by consumers located in the United Kingdom or the European Union.

3. Products and pricing Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include no VAT, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption for micro-entrepreneurs). Prices do not include any customs duties or import taxes that may apply on delivery — see our Shipping Policy.

4. Order confirmation An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email.

5. Payment methods We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

6. Right of withdrawal As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, as described in our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Delivery Orders are shipped from China with an estimated delivery time of 8 to 15 business days. Shipping is free. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity Regardless of our return policy, EU and UK consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects existing at the time of delivery for up to 2 years, at no cost to the customer.

9. Governing law and disputes These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at sav.troliz@gmail.com to seek an amicable resolution. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
