Shipping Policy

Where we ship from Troliz products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners located in China. This allows us to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you, but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than a local warehouse.

Where we deliver We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and all countries of the European Union.

Delivery times Estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location and customs processing. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs checks, which are outside our control.

Shipping costs Shipping is free on all orders to the UK and EU.

Customs, duties and import taxes Because your order ships from outside the UK/EU, it may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT charged by your country's customs authorities on arrival. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs authority's rules if you have questions before ordering.

Order tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sav.troliz@gmail.com and we will look into it with our shipping partner.
